The MOU must be registered with the DLD. At this point a deposit of 10% is paid.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Clearance certificate<\/strong><br \/>Both parties must apply for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the developer in order for the property to be transferred. A fee is charged for the issuance of the No Objection Certificate.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Payment<\/strong><br \/>Under the terms of the DLD, the buyer must make payment in the form of manager's checks payable to the seller on the day the property is transferred.
